Warpact — Privacy Policy

Warpact ("the Game", "we", "us") is a real-time strategy game developed by Chainfuel. This policy explains what information the Game collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Warpact Android app and the web version at warpact-rts-9221.web.app.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign in, we use Google Firebase Authentication. Depending on the method you choose, this provides us with your email address and a unique account identifier. We do not see or store your password.
• Usage and analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Game is played — for example sessions, matches started and completed, screens viewed, and general interaction events. Where you are signed in, your account identifier may be associated with these analytics events.
• Device and technical data. Standard technical information collected automatically by Google Analytics and our multiplayer servers, such as device/browser type, operating system, approximate (coarse, IP-derived) region, and IP address used to maintain a network connection during online play.
• On-device settings. Game preferences (such as graphics quality and colorblind mode) are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

The Game does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone data, and it is not directed at children.

How we use information

• To operate online and single-player gameplay, including matchmaking and multiplayer sessions.
• To authenticate you and keep your session active.
• To measure and improve gameplay, performance, and stability.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, cheating, or technical problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We rely on the following service providers, who process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Hosting) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Analytics — policies.google.com/privacy

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account exists. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

• You can play the single-player game without signing in.
• You can request access to, or deletion of, your account and associated personal data by contacting us.
• You can clear locally stored settings by clearing the app's data in your device or browser.
